| In order to see and hear the webinar presentation, you will need a computer equipped with internet access, speakers or a headset, and a free-downloaded version of Microsoft® Office Live Meeting. Click here to see if your system has Microsoft Office Live Meeting or to download and install.
If your system already has Live Meeting, the Live Meeting window will open and the following message will appear: You have successfully connected to live meeting. To connect to your meeting please refer to your meeting invitation information. If receive this message, you have Live Meeting. Simply close the Live Meeting application and click on the meeting link under the "Day of Webinar" section below within 30 minutes of the meeting start time.
If your system does not have Live Meeting, you will be directed to a website where you can download a free full copy of Live Meeting. Please choose the "Accept, Install and Join" tab to begin the download (not the tab that reads "Accept and Use" as this version will not allow you to hear the audio portion of the presentation). Once the download is complete, you will receive the following message: Now Starting Microsoft® Office Live Meeting client. You can safely close this browser window. Simply close the browser window and click on the meeting link under the "Day of Webinar" section below within 30 minutes of the meeting start time.
Day of Webinar:
A representative will email you with log in instructions the week of the webinar. We suggest connecting to the webinar within 30 minutes of the meeting start time. This will allow you time to troubleshoot any connection issues or download the full Live Meeting (free) software if you have not already.
